Payment and Fees

  • Keller Communications treats all client information, materials, and content as strictly confidential.

  • We do not disclose information to third parties without written consent.

  • Digital and physical files are handled securely to protect client privacy.

  • This obligation continues after termination of any agreement.

 

Intellectual Property

  • Deliverables produced by Keller Communications remain our property until full payment is received.

  • Upon payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, except for pre-existing materials owned by Keller Communications.

  • Keller Communications may use anonymized work samples in our portfolio for demonstration purposes.

 

Liability and Insurance

  • Keller Communications maintains professional liability insurance to protect both the client and our services.

  • Liability is limited to fees paid for services under the agreement.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Clients are responsible for the implementation and use of our deliverables.

 

Use of Services

  • Content, advice, and materials provided are for informational and professional use only.

  • Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using the materials provided.

  • Keller Communications does not guarantee outcomes from communications or marketing activities.

 

Termination

  • Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice.

  • Clients are responsible for paying for services completed up to the termination date.

  • Upon termination, Keller Communications will return or securely destroy confidential materials as requested,

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

 

Amendments

Keller Communications may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
